மாவுமாவாக உள்ள ஸ்மெக்மா என்ற மாவுப்பொருள் கடுமையான துர்நாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும்.
இதனை அவ்வப்போது முறையாக சுத்தம் செய்யாவிட்டால், அது ஆண்குறியை சிவக்கச் செய்வதோடு, வீக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும். சில நேரங்களில் அந்த ஸ்மெக்மா
ஆணுறுப்பு புற்றுநோயைக் கூட உண்டாக்கும்.
அந்தரங்க உறுப்பை மிகவும்
சுத்தமாக பராமரிக்க வேண்டும். பெண்கள் இந்த விஷயத்தில் மிகவும் சுத்தமாக
இருப்பார்கள். ஆனால் ஆண்கள் மிகவும் சோம்பேறி. இந்த விஷயத்தில் அதிக அக்கறை
எடுத்துக் கொள்ளமாட்டார்கள்.
ஆண்குறியின் மேல்தோலுக்கு அடியில்
சுத்தமாக கழுவ வேண்டியது மிகவும் முக்கியம். ஏனெனில் அந்த இடம் தான்
பாக்டீரியாக்கள் அதிகம் வளர்வதோடு, சேரவும்
செய்யும். முக்கியமாக அந்த இடத்தை கழுவும் போது கவனமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.

ஏற்படக்கூடும். அதிலும் அப்பகுதி எப்போதும் காற்றோட்டமின்றி இருப்பதால், அதிகம்

வளரக்கூடும்.

முனையில் தான் அதிக அழுக்குகள் சேரும். மேலும் அவ்விடத்தில் தான் பாக்டீரியாக்கள்
அதிகம் உருவாகும். எனவே அவ்விடத்தை மென்மையான சோப்பு கொண்டு தினமும் தவறாமல் கழுவ
வேண்டும்.
உடலுறவு கொள்ளும் முன்னும் சரி, பின்னும்
சரி, மறக்காமல் கழுவ வேண்டும். இது ஆண்களுக்கு மட்டுமின்றி, பெண்களுக்கும்
பொருந்தும். முக்கியமாக உடலுறவுக்கு முன் ஆண்கள் கழுவ வேண்டியது அவசியம். ஏனெனில்
ஆண்குறியின் முனையில் இருக்கும் ஒருவித திரவமானது துணைக்கு தொற்றுக்களை
ஏற்படுத்தும். எனவே தவறாமல் உறவுக்கு முன்னும், பின்னும்
வெதுவெதுப்பான நீரில் கழுவுங்கள்.
சுயஇன்பம் காணும் ஆண்கள், அதற்கு
பின் கட்டாயம் கழுவிட வேண்டும். இதனால் அப்பகுதியில் கடுமையான துர்நாற்றம்
வீசுவதைத் தவிர்ப்பதோடு, பூஞ்சையின் வளர்ச்சியையும்
தவிர்க்கலாம்
Smegma
is a natural secretion from the oil glands around the genitals. It is found
under the foreskin of a penis or under the folds of the vagina.
It has
a thick consistency and may appear white in colour. It is also associated with
an unpleasant odour. Smegma is, however, normal and not a sign of a sexually
transmitted disease STD.
If left
to build up, smegma can become smelly or lead to an infection. As a result,
people should regularly clean the parts of the body where smegma occurs.
Function
The
main function of smegma is to keep the area around the genitals moist and
lubricated. Smegma is naturally produced by the body. However, if it is not
washed away for a long period of time, it can accumulate, become sticky, and
adhere to the skin surrounding the penis and clitoris. Irregularly washing the
genital area can also lead to a build-up of smegma.
Removal
of Smegma
Boys
and men with a retractable foreskin should take the following steps when
cleaning the penis to remove smegma:

Gently retract the foreskin back toward the shaft of the penis.
·
Clean the head of the penis under the foreskin with gentle soap and
rinse with warm water.
·
Dry beneath the foreskin with a soft towel.
·
Pull the foreskin back over the head of the penis — never leave it
retracted.

back, as this can lead to both immediate and long-term problems.
